Units ship pre-wried for Single Phase but all convection ovens can be converted in the field by your electrical at installation from Single Phase to 3 Phase or 3 Phase to Single Phase.

  This oven features a porcelain enamel interior and a full-size cavity with five adjustable wire racks. The racks rest on 11 sets of slides along the interior side walls, allowing for a variety of configurations to accommodate your trays or full-size food pans.

  Featuring independent glass doors for convenient visibility without heat loss, this oven allows you to check on dishes during cooking. Enhancing visibility further is the interior light, easily activated through the exterior control panel.
