Designed to be efficient and easy to use, this 15.75" deep fryer includes a stainless steel fry pot rated for 40 lb. of oil. Two twin baskets are included and the unit can support a single wide basket desired. The built-in thermostat assures quick recovery time. Slanted bottom with drain pipe makes draining and cleaning simple. Units ship pre-wried for 3 Phase but can be converted in the field by your electrical at installation from 3 Phase to Single Phase or Single Phase to 3 Phase. *This unit should be installed by a licensed electrician.
