This salad bar can hold up to (12)1/3 size or (24)1/6 size 6" deep food pans (sold separately), allowing you to showcase a wide range of dishes with ease. Additionally, the included pan cover ensures that your food remains fresh and protected at all times. With an expansive 19.5 cubic feet of interior space, you'll have ample room to store all of your salads, fruits, and toppings. The two removable plastic-coated steel shelves provide even more flexibility, allowing you to adjust and customize the interior to your specific needs. The unit also comes with one tray slide included, designed to provide your guests or staff members with a convenient place to set their trays while they browse your selection of cold foods. What's more, pre-drilled holes on both the front and back of the unit allow you to install an extra tray slide (sold separately) on the other side if desired.
Featuring a powerful 1/2 HP refrigeration system, Coldline salad bar is designed to maintain a consistent temperature range of 33-41°F, ensuring your food stays fresh and safe to consume. The digital control system allows you to easily monitor and adjust the temperature, making it convenient for you to operate. A vented stainless steel vented divider ensures your top food section and bottom storage section remain completely separate, a health code requirement in many states.
