Available in various sizes from small to large, our Pizza Prep Tables are made to cater from small kitchens to industrial sized ones.

The Coldline PDR-60-2D-SS refrigerated pizza prep / dough retarder with refrigerated stainless topping rail comes with a large 60" granite (synthetic surface material) above it's 15.1 cubic ft capacity internal storage. Stainless Steel covers the exterior and interior of the pizza prep tables with the inside being cooled by a hydro-carbon R290 refrigerant keeping food at safe temperatures between 33 degrees F and 41 degrees. The topping rail can hold up to six 1/3 size 6" deep food pans (sold separately) and comes with pan support bars. Each pizza prep table comes with casters installed making moving it around simple as ever and locking the wheels in place even easier. Everything you need will be within an arms reach away - with it's compact yet resourceful design.
