Featuring a heavy-duty cutting board and a sleek roll top lid which additionally can hold up to 24 x 1/6 size pans while locking in cool air ensuring your cut food stays cool in the 1/2 HP refrigeration system that keeps food at safe temperatures between 33 degrees F and 41 degrees F.
