The Standard Range commercial range is everything you need to streamline cooking operations in your Kitchen. It features 30,000 BTU/hr burners that are operated independently so you can simultaneously execute multiple cooking tasks. Each burner has a heavy duty cast iron grate that conveniently supports your fry pans, sauce pans, and other commercial cookware. With a 200F to 500F adjustable temperature range, you have enough leeway to accommodate any recipe in your oven - whether you are looking to bake a cake or roast a chicken.

All Standard Range gas restaurant ranges ship setup for natural gas with included propane conversion kit. Professional installation is required.

• Adjustable Grill Angle

  Thanks to its built-in angle adapter, the heavy-duty cast iron broiler grates can be adjusted up to three different positions, flat or sloped, providing versatility for customer to cook food with needed heat.

  12" x 12" heavy-duty cast iron grates with aeration bowl conveniently support the cookwares. Removable feature also makes it easy to clean and maintain.

• Spacious Oven

  The 200°F to 500°F adjustable oven temperature range can accommodate any recipe. Each oven comes with 2 chrome plated racks that can be used in 3 different positions, additional racks are always available.

• Independent control

  Each burner has its own control switch, which allows you to operate different burners based on different cooking needs, while providing flexibility and increasing efficiency.

• Crumb Tray

  A removable crumb tray underneath the burners catches loose vegetables, overflow, and other food debris to help maintain a clean kitchen at all times.
