Granular nugget ice is a soft airy ice, easily chewable, often used in applications where flake ice or nugget ice are called for. Modular ice machines like this are ideal for medium size restaurants or juice bars that need to make and store a lot of ice. larger restaurants might buy two units to double the yield and always have a backup available. Its also common for larger restaurants to put one modular ice machine like this in the back of the house, and put an under-counter ice machine like the Coldline ICE180 or ICE280 under the bar.

The nickel plated evaporator, removable air filter, and self cleaning cycle make maintenance and cleaning simple. All Coldline ice machines accept inline or rear mounted water filters, and come with standard plug and play 115V plugs attached.
