Balanced Refrigeration System
The Leader Refrigeration CBK36SC bakery display case includes a balanced refrigeration system. It is programmed to keep a temperature range of 36 – 43 degrees Fahrenheit. The bakery display case is on a defrost timer system, when it gets too hot the compressor turns on, and when it gets too cold the refrigeration system turns off. The bakery case system is set to have a slightly higher than normal humidity level to keep your pastries moist and delicious.
