Each burner has a heavy duty cast iron grate that conveniently supports your fry pans, sauce pans, and other commercial cookware. Our Cookline range with oven features a pull out crumb tray that catches loose vegetables and other food overflows to expedite cleanup. The casters provide easy access for cleaning under your equipment and streamline maintenance behind the range, saving valuable time and effort. With a 250F to 550F adjustable temperature range, you have enough leeway to accommodate any recipe in your oven - whether you are looking to bake a cake or roast a chicken. 2 chrome plated racks included in oven can be arranged in four configurations for greater flexibility.
