Independent controls let you adjust each well separately -ideal for holding different menu items at once. An 8" deep, 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides extra workspace for food prep, plating, or swapping out pans. The fully enclosed base offers handy storage for utensils, lids, and food pans, keeping everything you need within reach. Featuring a heavy-duty stainless steel construction, this steam table is made to last and withstand daily use in busy restaurants, cafeterias, and catering operations. Sealed well steam tables do not require spillage pans.
 
For safety, we recommend against installing casters (wheels) on any steam tables.
